We are excited that you are interested in enrolling your child at Calvary Chapel Christian School. I would like to briefly give you the details of that process. First, if you would like to take a tour of the school, please call the church office and we can set up an appointment. This will give us an opportunity to answer any questions you might have and to better acquaint you with our school.

If you have already made the decision to apply for admission to CCCS, then you can simply download the application, fill it out, and mail it to the school office. Applications are also available in the school office. There is a $50 non-refundable application fee that must accompany all applications before they will be processed. The application must be filled out completely, and the “Statement of Commitment” must be signed by both parents.

After we have received the application, an interview will be set up with the parents and the prospective student. Following the interview, a decision will be made concerning the student’s enrollment at our school. If the student is accepted, a “Letter of Acceptance” will be mailed out. Enrollment decisions will be made in a timely manner in order to allow families who are not selected to seek alternative educational opportunities. Acceptance is based on many factors including, but not limited to, available classroom space, spiritual and family goals, and past behavior and academic achievement.

Once you have received your Letter of Acceptance, your registration/activities fee of $550 will be due. The letter states that this payment is due within 10 days of having received the letter.  Once your registration/activities fee has been paid, the student’s place in the classroom is established. Tuition payments are due the first day of each month, starting in July and ending in April. Tuition payments must be current on the first day of school in order for student to attend.

We appreciate your desire for affordable, quality Christian education. Please contact the school office if you have any further questions or if you would like to set up a tour.

Blessings,

Pastor James Chapman
